Bonnie Gibbons – Gallery Coordinator
Bonnie orchestrates the cultural programme at Circus. She works to bring extraordinary artists, designers and makers to inspire and delight visitors to the Circus gallery. Recent shows have included Oliver Smart’s interactive puppetry exhibition, Dragonfly Imago, and the panel debate, In conversation with a dragonfly, which celebrated conversation beyond traditional disciplinary boundaries.
Prior to Circus, as part of an independent knitwear studio, Bonnie designed for brands across America and Europe. She has a keen interest in how good design can shape experiences and understanding, and after studying Fashion at Kingston, Bonnie taught undergraduate knitwear and sewing workshops.
Outside Circus, Bonnie teaches drawing to budding young artists. She documents her travel and exploration in paint and pen, and is always looking out for colourful experiences and new ideas.
