Emily Jones – Managing Partner

Emily is Managing Partner and leads our client engagements. Emily has worked across all consumer sectors with recent experience in fashion, home, financial services, travel and education.

Emily started her career in design and branding, and maintains an interest in the power of visual communication and good design. She leads collaborations with design and communication partners, where there is a need for a review of visual and verbal identity systems.

Emily is also a translator and editor. She translates fiction, non-fiction and poetry from Chinese into English, having learnt Mandarin at the universities of Cambridge, Ningbo and Qingdao. Emily is a founding trustee of the charity Paper Republic, which aims to get more people reading Chinese literature in translation. She is fascinated by the power of words to excite the imagination, drive change and bring people together.
