Dilys Maltby founded Circus in 1998 as a new type of consultancy – a brand strategy practice that was modelled on management consultancy rather than marketing service agency norms.
The ambition from the genesis of Circus to this day is to equip client organisations with brand strategy that can guide and inform the whole organisation – not just marketing deliverables. Circus is a pure strategy house, and enjoys working in collaboration with both client teams and expert partners.
Circus people come from a range of client and agency backgrounds – brand and communications strategy, marketing, research and management consultancy. From our genesis in 1998, we have thrived on collaboration – both within client teams and with expert partners from the worlds of insight, HR, design, architecture and communications.
