Elaine Pierce – Executive Assistant

Elaine manages the Circus diary and supports Dilys and our Associate Partners. She first joined Circus in its very early days and has worked with Dilys – on and off – since they first met at Fitch in the 1980s.

Elaine has owned and curated a gallery in Bradford upon Avon, worked in New York for the Ford Foundation, and created and run a successful Airbnb in Pembrokeshire. She enjoys the theatre, cinema and the arts more broadly. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and a sense of wanderlust, Elaine has travelled far and wide.
