Elaine is Executive Assistant to Dilys Maltby, connecting Circus with clients and collaborators. Elaine has worked with Dilys and Circus over many years, and brings a deep knowledge of both client and creative worlds.

There are two strands to Elaine’s career – firstly as EA in the UK and New York working with the Ford Foundation, Fitch, Standard Life and ThinkLondon, amongst others; and secondly as an entrepreneur, having established a boutique bed and breakfast in Pembrokeshire and a gallery in Bradford upon Avon.

Elaine works between London and Belfast, where she has recently renovated a Victorian building in the city centre. She enjoys connecting people with projects, and brings this skill to her work at Circus.
