Olivia Gunning – Associate

Olivia is an Associate at Circus, where she helps organisations define and express their purpose in ways that are culturally resonant and commercially impactful.

Before joining Circus, Olivia worked on projects across the tech, hospitality and charity sectors during her time at Yonder Consulting. With a degree in languages from the University of Bristol and a curiosity about people and culture, she is particularly interested in how brands evolve to stay relevant in a changing world.

After university, Olivia followed her sense of adventure to Whistler, Canada, spending two years living and working in the mountains. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through dance, netball and skiing, and loves exploring new places whenever she can.
